Average Delivery Time
All Deliveries will reach you within 2 working days of placing your order. All items shown on this site are in stock and ready for dispatch.
We regret that in the event of an aborted delivery an additional 30% of the purchase price will be charged to your account. An aborted delivery is generally caused by incorrect delivery instructions such as:
Inaccessible doorways and/or corridors
More steps/stairs than expected or lifts that are out of service/unavailable for use
Providing we have all of the correct information we should always be able to avoid an aborted delivery, however it is the responsibility of the customer to advise us in advance of anything they may deem to be a problem, using the guidelines listed above. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of any product on our website please contact us by email or telephone 0151 495 5740, so that we can provide the best advice possible and avoid any unnecessary charges being incurred.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 working days, commencing on the day after you receive the goods, in which you can cancel your order for a full refund. You must do this in writing, fax or email, a phone call is not sufficient. You are required to return the goods to us and at your own expense. You are required to take reasonable care of the goods and return them together with any original packaging. Certain items may not be returned for a refund because these fall under the category of customised orders, for example anything made specifically to order. This includes keyed alike goods and master suited items.
Customers where possible should always use a courier company to return unwanted goods. Customers returning goods themselves should be prepared to deliver them to a 1st floor office from a local car park. For heavier items we are unable to offer assistance on the grounds of health and safety.
Businesses may be charged a 30% restocking fee on all items returned during/ after the 14 day period. Items must be returned in orignal packaging.
If an item is received with damaged or missing parts Keytrak Lock and Safe Company require you to inform them within 48 hours of delivery so that claims can be made to the courier or product manufacturer. Do not sign for goods with the courier unless you are completely sure that all items are intact and complete. Keytrak Lock and Safe cannot guarantee that any damaged goods or missing parts reported outside this time frame can be replaced/ resolved without an additional charge.

Please note that all deliveries unless specified otherwise are kerbside drop off only. In some cases we can provide quotes for positioning and installation, please call for further advice.
We reserve the right to wait 30 days before considering an item lost in the post.
The returns policy for faulty/damaged goods offered by Keytrak Lock and Safe does not cover cosmetic faults such as scratches or damage to trim or associated marks caused by normal use of the product. The warranty is also void if the manufacturer's instructions have not been followed or if the product has been subject to misuse, modification, careless use or excess force.
In the event that our chosen delivery company cannot deliver and the product is returned to ourselves we reserve the right to cover the fees levied on us by our courier for these shipments.
