Solenoid electric lock for single or double action doors.
The 351U.80 is an electric strike designed for use with double acting or single acting swing doors. 351U.80 operates in fail safe mode.
It is suitable for concealed mounting in door leaf or door frame. Can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Surface mounting is an optional extra. Contacts for door monitoring and locked monitoring are potential free.
Options
The 351U80 is available to suit either 12v or 24v power. This must be specified when ordering.
The 351U80 is available with either a 44mm or 54mm strike plate. This needs to be specified when ordering.
Operation
The locking prism is held in the locked position by spring force. When the door closes, the prism engages with the striking plate. As the electric strike is energised, the prism is fixed into position and the door is locked. In models with integrated door contact, locking actuation to "door closed" status, operated by the door contact, can be restricted. The integrated armature contact (25 V/1 A) can be used to electronically monitor locking status.
